Global Telecomms manufacturer require an additional experienced IT Support Engineer with 1st * 2nd *3rd Line Support experience. The position is to provide support for the IT server infrastructure particularly Exchange email system, first (telephone), second and third line support for users of their IT equipment as well as Access and SQL Server database development and support.
Essential experience: 1) 2 years+ IT support experience 2) Access and*or SQL Server database maintenance
Desirable experience: Windows 2003 Operating Systems (Client and Server), Active Directory 2003, Exchange 2003, ISA 2000, TCP*IP, Linux, Unix, Web Development etc.
Educated to GCSE and*or HNC or equivalent in IT e.g. MCP, MCSE.
Applicants must be used to working within a busy support background.
